Sales Engineer

Responsible for sales and application for all LSR EM sample preparation products.

Build and maintain relationships with target customers and dealers. Complete customer call reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Identify Customer expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service needs & training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.

Continuously enter up-to-date information into the SFDC database in order to provide a sound basis for activity planning.

Plan and deliver special projects as requested by the LM in order to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs.

Supply information on Market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market developments in geographic region of responsibility to Sales Management and Marketing.

Conduct product installations and customer operational training including trouble shooting in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.
