RevOps Engineer

About the Role: We are looking for a technical builder to own the architecture and automation of our "Lead-to-Cash" engine. In addition to managing our CRM, you will be writing the code, building the integrations, and designing the systems that power our revenue growth. You will report to the VP of Rev Ops & ensure that our tech stack is able to power the automations, AI fluency & data structure to support a best-in-class revenue function.

You will report to the VP of Rev Ops & ensure that our tech stack is able to power the automations, AI fluency & data structure to support a best-in-class revenue function.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

  • System Architecture: Own the technical configuration and development of our core revenue stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zapier, 6sense).
  • Custom Development: Write scripts (Apex, JavaScript, Python) to automate complex workflows that out-of-the-box tools cannot handle
  • Integrations: Build and maintain API connections (REST/webhooks) between our CRM, marketing automation, and product data to ensure a "single source of truth."
  • Tool Evaluation: Vet and implement new tools; act as the technical lead for buying vs. building decisions.

    • What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

  • Experience: 3+ years in a technical role supporting Sales/RevOps (Integrations Engineer or Backend Engineer with Sales CRM focus).
  • Technical Stack: Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for external scripting.
  • Proficiency in Apex (Salesforce) - Nice to have, not required
  • Integration Skills: Proven experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Workato).
  • Language: Fluent English (C1/C2) – you will be communicating directly with global stakeholders.
  • Mindset: You are a "builder" who prefers automating a task over doing it manually twice.
