As a Residential Youth Specialist at our Boy's Home, you will provide supervision and care to adolescent male residents. Your role is essential in helping youth navigate their daily routines, build positive relationships, and work toward their treatment goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support male residents; Encourage positive peer interactions and participation in program activities; Respond to crises using nonviolent crisis prevention intervention (CPI) techniques when necessary; Maintain safe, structured, and engaging environment; Document observations, incidents, and resident progress accurately; Participate in team meetings and provide updates on resident behavior and progress; Assist with transitions such as mealtimes, study periods, and bedtime preparations; Other duties as assigned.
