Regulatory, Compliance and Inventory Control Associate

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Perform daily inventory functions of cycle counting which includes inventory adjustments, recording and researching discrepancies and customer complaints
Coordinate the Retain Samples program, including labeling and logging retain samples and monitoring for destruction
Monitor short dated materials and the destruction process which includes maintaining destruction spreadsheets and coordinating destruction pick-ups
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess knowledge of state and federal regulatory agency rules and regulations as they pertain to the storage and distribution of non-controlled and controlled substances and listed chemicals
Must possess knowledge of inventory control and distribution center processes
Must possess excellent problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to effectively communicate with all employees and management
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e.. Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must have working knowledge of warehouse proprietary software. Experience with SAP preferred.
Must be accurate, precise, and pay meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Provide guidance, support and assistance with inventory control issues
Assist in creating, maintaining and updating all regulatory compliance and inventory related Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Assist in Federal and State inspections which includes obtaining and supplying records and information on specific material batches, procedures, and/or other processes
Assist in labeling and monitoring of all Regulatory Compliance and Inventory Control records
Assist in maintaining master data in the ERP system
Assist in biennial inventory reporting
