What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will provide expert regulatory guidance to ensure Avon’s products comply with all relevant legislation across Southern Europe. You’ll oversee compliance throughout the product lifecycle—from development to post-market surveillance—while advising on marketing claims, labeling, and ingredient restrictions. You’ll also monitor environmental and sustainability regulations, advocate for the implementation of new legislations, and represent Avon in external industry associations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll balance regulatory requirements with business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance for cosmetics, nutritionals , medical devices, and wellness products.
  • Managing regulatory processes for product development, labeling, and claims.
  • Monitoring EU environmental and sustainability regulations and supporting new adaptations.
  • Supporting Cosmetovigilance processes and helping  related teams for accurate reporting.
  • Providing strategic regulatory advice to management and stakeholders.
  • Representing Avon in external industry associations and regulatory forums.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks for cosmetics, nutritionals ,medical devices, and wellness products.
  • Proven experience navigating complex regulations across Southern Europe.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and provide clear, actionable guidance.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
