Quality Environment Supervisor

As a Quality and Environment Supervisor, you will ensure the application of QE policy, regulations, deployment of QE management systems, compliance with standards, and any environmental requirements subscribed to by the Group through the following key missions: Here are your tasks: Identify and analyze risks, aspects, and impacts at the site level regarding the environment and contribute to the implementation of necessary prevention measures. Ensure compliance with and vigilance over the implementation of QE policy, approach, and standards within your scope while remaining attentive to potential interactions with other services and entities. Oversee the implementation of the site's Quality and Environment improvement plan. Contribute to the deployment of QE management systems at the site level and QE performance evaluation tools while ensuring continuous improvement (water and energy consumption, customer satisfaction, process control, etc.). Participate in projects related to controlling the activity's environmental impacts. Ensure site's SMQE (Safety, Management, Quality, Environment) compliance and participate in internal environmental quality audits. Contribute to internal and external environmental communication in coordination with Group stakeholders. Manage a network of correspondents at your site and disseminate actions to improve environmental performance. Identify and organize QE training actions to be deployed internally. Establish dashboards and monitor site QE performance. Prepare reports and summaries as part of reporting requirements. Ensure regulatory and normative monitoring. Participate in interfacing with external organizations. Develop activity impact surveillance plans.
