We’re hiring a Quality Engineering Co-Op for the July–December term in Jeffersonville, Indiana, supporting real manufacturing operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. This isn’t shadowing. This is doing.
💰 Pay Range (based on academic level):
- Sophomore: $21.00/hour
- Junior: $23.75/hour
- Senior: $26.00/hour
🏠 Relocation Assistance:
- $4,000 relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
🔍 What you’ll get exposure to:
- Quality and process improvement projects
- Root cause & corrective action investigations (CCAR / ICAR / SCAR)
- Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Process Flow updates
- Lab results analysis and performance monitoring
- Audits, customer quality inquiries, and regulatory reporting
- Hands-on engagement on the manufacturing floor
