Main Responsibilities : Analyze material, equipment, and service requirements in close collaboration with project teams and internal specifiers. Oversee the entire procurement process, from initial request to delivery, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards. Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure performance, reliability, and contractual compliance. Optimize logistics flows to guarantee the availability of critical items and support project progress. Participate in the continuous improvement of procurement and inventory management procedures. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management. Ensure control and monitoring of project procurement budgets. Required Skills : Solid expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in ERP (ideally Oracle or equivalent) and office automation tools. Rigorous, organized, and highly proactive. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Academic Background Experience : Engineering degree or specialized master's degree in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment or in complex project management.
