Reporting to the Sr. Supply Chain Manager, this role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at managing multiple workstreams, and brings clarity to complex projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, and quality to drive success from concept to completion.

Are you a project leader at heart? Take ownership of new product development initiatives, creating and managing action plans and KPIs to ensure timely execution.
Do you have a passion for turning strategy into results? Manage strategic product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Can you bring order to complexity? Oversee beta programs for new products, including organization, implementation, data collection, and reporting to inform go-to-market decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in project or product management, preferably in consumer goods, manufacturing, or wellness industries
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
PMP certification preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Hiring Range: $76,400.00 - $120,000.00
