Project Coordinator

Your tasks and responsibilities: Handling and managing general cargo and project shipments in Road, Air, Ocean transport modes, incl. full operational (technical) and cost control / profitability (commercial) aspects. Shipping all kinds of cargo, incl. out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo across the globe. Serving as a point of contact for clients, partners and other offices for any project operations-related issues. Creating professional, high-quality transport solutions as well as preparation of freight calculations and quotations and support to tenders. Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors, sourcing competitive rates from potential subcontractors. Calculating and monitoring shipment and project profits. Ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing excellent service level. Administration and support in daily business activities in a global business environment. Completing quality records in internal and external data systems. Supporting local management in reporting, etc.
