Production Engineer

As a production engineer, you will manage the operational staff. You will also manage consumable materials, ensuring they comply with the production schedule required by the client. Additionally, you will comply with the different safety and performance goals of the injection area.
You will work #LI-Onsite reporting to the injection supervisor in our plant located in Ticoman.
Key Responsibilities
- You will ensure compliance with the required production.
- You will support the assistants when the equipment presents failures or problems related to its operation to increase the efficiency of the operation.
- You will manage raw materials and administrative and unionized personnel.
- You will follow up on the Autonomous Maintenance plan
Qualifications
- Engineering degree, or 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in plastic injection processes
- +3 years of experience managing unionized and non-unionized personnel.
- English: intermediate.
