Production Consumables Procurement Engineer

Main Responsibilities : Manage the procurement of production consumables, particularly chemical products and inputs required for the proper operation of the Group’s industrial sites. Contribute to optimizing costs, lead times, and supply quality in collaboration with technical and operational teams at the plants. Identify, qualify, and develop a high-performing supplier panel at both national and international levels. Lead sourcing processes, analyze supplier proposals, and conduct negotiations with suppliers. Prepare and monitor procurement contracts while ensuring compliance with contractual commitments. Conduct market and technological monitoring to identify optimization and innovation opportunities. Required Skills : Strong understanding of procurement processes within an industrial environment. Good knowledge of production consumables and chemical products used in industrial operations. Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills. Rigor, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams. Ability to perform effectively in a demanding and fast-paced industrial environment. Education Experience : Engineering degree in Chemistry or Process Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in industrial procurement, ideally in the management of production consumables or chemical products within an industrial environment. Position based in Casablanca.
