Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Assist in creating project charters, scope documents, and defining clear objectives and deliverables.
Manage project components including resources, timelines, risks, and change requests using structured processes.
Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them independently with accountability.
Follow established standards and policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Align project activities with business goals and organizational priorities.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
Identify and analyze project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Resolve routine project challenges using standard methodologies and team collaboration.
Contribute to problem-solving discussions to address complex project scenarios.
Use project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps) to track milestones, dependencies, and progress.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve blockers.
Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
Support vendor coordination, communication, and contract tracking.
Assist in resolving team conflicts and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and coordination
Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps/ADO)
Basic understanding of resource planning, risk management, and change management
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
