Product Owner - Proposal

- Work closely with relevant partners, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Work closely with the development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and efficiently implemented, resolving bottlenecks or conflicts to help the team progress.
- Take over requirements from Product Management and backlog them into development planning, coordinating the technical implementation of requirements with the development teams.
- Maintain the product backlog with priorities defined by Product Management / SME / Sponsors and clarify requirements in detail with all involved partners.
- Communicate with all relevant partners to ensure product goals and requirements are understood and met.
- Drive / Actively participate in sprint planning, sprint review meetings, and team meetings.
- Ensure quality by evaluating results of iterations and either approve / accept or reject results based on DONEness criteria
- Analyze change request entries and prioritize with other product backlog items
- Support effort estimations of development teams
- Provide input for project planning execution
- Set up and maintain product risk management, considering quality attributes such as usability, security, safety, regulatory and legal aspects among others.
- Continuously monitor the product's performance, including user satisfaction and adoption metrics, to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Work closely with the team to clearly communicate customer needs, helping and motivating the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.
- Support Product Managers in roll-out of the system, presentation, workshops, training for sales and engineering
- Internal Interactions: Product Line Manager, Product Manager, Project Lead, Integrations expert, Team Manager, Quality Manager, , Development Team (e.g.
- Scrum Master, Architects, Developers, Testers, etc.), Usability Engineer, Technical Writers, Sponsors Management (Offshore / Onsite) etc.

- Bachelors degree in (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / MSc).
- Experience: 8-12 years.
- Proven professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an agile environment.
- IT background as a Product Owner or Project Manager on IT projects.
- Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and comprehensibly.
- Solid understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to software platforms, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.
- Experience with tools like JIRA / Confluence, Polarion, Azure DevOps
