Product Growth Manager
Role & responsibilities
- Performance marketing: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
- Product Vision: Bridge the gap between Performance delivery and the Ads ecosystem for our advertisers.
- Drive the Growth Engine: Own the end-to-end strategy for advertiser growth, retention, and monetization.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests on bidding algorithms, ad formats, and onboarding flows to maximize customer lifetime value
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams on product positioning and promotions, and build scalable solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry shifts (like privacy changes and AI-driven bidding) to ensure our ad products remain competitive.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience - 5+ years in leadership roles , Advertising landscape, or Two-Sided Marketplaces with hands on product management
- Experience in leading a startup will be preferred.
