As a product analyst, you’ll help bring the right products to market with greater potential to impact both top and bottom-line results. We have multiple product initiatives in various stages of deployment, with new auto-centric lines of coverage in market and in development. You will be supporting the management and reporting of our in-market products, aiding the development of new coverages, utilizing data to uncover opportunities and insights, and collaborating with cross functional partners across the Personal Lines Auto team.

Must-have qualifications 
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
  • Experience in insurance pricing/product, financial services, or related analytical field.
  • Strong ability to develop predictive insights and apply advanced analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills with experience leveraging insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with cross-functional communication and relationship building with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable stories.
  • High technical proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, Tableau, and advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, visualization, etc.). 
Compensation
  • $81,400 - $131,200 / year depending on position level and experience 
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
