Main Responsibilities : Initiate and manage supplier purchase orders in accordance with contractual agreements and approved terms. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of purchase orders (pricing, quantities, delivery lead times, Incoterms) and maintain up-to-date records within the ERP system. Maintain regular communication with suppliers, follow up on delays, and manage order changes or cancellations as needed. Organize and monitor local and international shipments through to final delivery. Verify the accuracy and completeness of logistics documentation (Bill of Lading, AWB, CMR, packing list, commercial invoice, etc.). Ensure compliance with customs regulations, prepare and validate import documentation, and coordinate customs clearance operations with internal stakeholders. Monitor goods receipt and handle discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or non-conformities in coordination with suppliers. Track inventory levels (minimum, maximum, safety stock), anticipate shortages, and initiate replenishment actions. Contribute to inventory cost optimization and ensure reliability of supply flows. Update order and delivery tracking dashboards and monitor performance indicators (OTD, claims, disputes). Required Skills : Strong knowledge of purchase order management and supplier lead-time tracking. Solid understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Good command of the English language. Education Experience : Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3 equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, International Trade, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within procurement, logistics, or import/export. Position based in Marrakech.
