Pricing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: The position supports deugro’s business development efforts and to ensure profitable growth of our business, customer satisfaction, and customer relations and retention Understands and has full knowledge of international freight forwarding including local pick-up or inland transportation, booking, document preparation, port handling, ocean and air transportation, customs clearance and delivery Calculates rates and price conversions, converts and verifies shipment weight and volume, and uses rate charts to convert foreign currency to Indonesia Rupiah and vice-versa. Customer service responsibilities include maintaining communication with vendor, shipper, customer, carrier and deugro overseas offices throughout the process and choosing proper routing appropriate to the customer's needs Preparing quotations to clients, overseas offices and international agents for air, ocean, export, import, and overland transport as best suited for the cargo Keep all rate and service contracts, port tariffs etc. on file in an organized manner Keep quote log and follow up with quotes as well as responsible for reports as needed and requested by management
