✨ Summary
- Design, execute, and lead the full sales and business development cycle for our Nevio offer.
- Engage with existing and prospective airline customers across business, functional, and technical areas.
- Deliver strong market‑facing messaging to showcase the value of Nevio and build trusted customer relationships.
- Act as a thought leader and advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while supporting our go‑to‑market strategy.
🌟 What You Will Do
Commercial Execution & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop and manage a proactive pipeline across regions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in defining the end-to-end customer engagement process from go-to-market to final agreement.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, customer success, account management, and sales engineering teams.
- Ensure customer perspective, business needs, and challenges are central to the engagement process.
- Deliver compelling, market-facing messaging and engage with customer teams up to C‑level.
- Recommend scope, solutioning, and commercial offers to maximize Nevio’s business growth.
- Use metrics and data to measure performance, support decision-making, and improve efficiency.
Business & Solution Acumen
- Build a strong understanding of Nevio capabilities and how they connect with our Offer & Order Management and data-driven products.
- Demonstrate business and solution acumen across the entire customer engagement lifecycle, from initial assessment to closing.
- Drive knowledge management and internal evangelization for Nevio.
- Participate in relevant industry forums as needed.
Business Domain Strategy
- Align Nevio strategy with customer objectives, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Identify major trends, opportunities, and risks in the evolving airline and travel technology landscape.
- Influence the Nevio offer and strategy by sharing insights from customer engagements.
- Support regional teams with expertise and knowledge on the Nevio offering.
- Collaborate with other BDs to create consistent market messaging and customer engagement processes.
Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Present customer engagement activities and results to top management.
- Lead pre‑sales and business development practices to improve customer satisfaction and streamline GTM and engagement processes.
- Promote a customer‑centric culture and agile mindset across teams.
Team Management
- Support and motivate virtual team members on BD initiatives.
- Enable growth of competencies such as communication, business acumen, negotiation, and commercial understanding.
- Enhance team visibility and recognition within the organization.
- Provide clarity on priorities and remove roadblocks to enable quality, speed, scale, and cost efficiency.
