About Role:


We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing high-budget digital campaigns across multiple paid media platforms. The role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI maximization while ensuring compliance with BFSI-grade governance and data security standards.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Campaign Management
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end, from impressions to conversions, ensuring performance efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor daily spend pacing, bids, and budgets to improve ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics using GA4, platform dashboards, and internal data sources.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and management.

Optimization & Experimentation

  • Drive ongoing A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize funnel performance to improve CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining cost efficiency.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and audit requirements, particularly aligned with BFSI standards.
  • Maintain clear documentation including SOPs, data dictionaries, and dashboard user guides.

2. Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Background in BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or fast-paced consumer businesses is preferred.

3. Technical & Platform Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App/UAC)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Microsoft Ads (Bing)
    • LinkedIn Ads and similar performance platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
    • Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot
    • Complex formulas and dashboards
    • VBA/macros for automation (good to have)

4.Analytical & Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
