Position Overview We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a growth hacking mindset and strong lower-funnel expertise to help our HR tech client generate high-quality job applications through paid social and job advertising. The ideal candidate is confident optimizing for conversions across multiple platforms. You’ll own the performance of paid campaigns, budget distribution, drive creative testing, and use data to continually refine results.
