We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Media Buyer who functions as a technical architect within the Meta and Google Ads ecosystems. We need a specialist who manages platforms with confidence, navigates complex technical setups, and has a proven track record of scaling significant ad spend. The ideal candidate is ready to contribute from Day 1, bringing precision, technical mastery, and strategic rigor.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution

  • Own end-to-end technical setup and optimization of campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
  • Build and manage complex ad units, including manual carousel builds, dynamic product ads (DPA), and catalog sales
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across all platforms
  •  
    Optimization & Analysis 
  • Rigorously monitor and adjust bidding strategies, audience segments, and funnel structures to meet ROAS and CPA targets
  • Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
  •  
    Data & Tracking 
  • Advanced management of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and API conversions to ensure data integrity
  • Track performance using platform-specific dashboards and analytics tools
  • Set up and optimize conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation
  •  
    Budget Management
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are on track with pacing, spend, and target KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA)
  • Confidently manage and pace large-scale monthly budgets across multi-million dollar lifetime spends

    Creative & Collaboration
  • Create compelling ad copy and work closely with design teams to produce engaging creatives
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
  • Qualifications (Must-Haves):

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Proven experience managing significant ad spend ($1M+ annually)
  • Deep, native understanding of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads platforms
    Proven track record of driving tangible conversions (leads/sales) at scale
  • Skilled in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to walk through account structures and results during the interview process
  • Nice to Haves:

  • Active Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications (certified is not required -  proven experience matters more)
  • Experience in eCommerce (B2C) or high-volume B2B lead generation
  • Proficiency in TikTok Ads or programmatic buying
  • Advanced tracking, remarketing architecture, and attribution modeling
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for ad creatives
  • Recent experience in high-growth tech environments, agencies, or "Big Tech"
