Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, creative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, and conversions

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across campaigns

Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports

A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages

Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives

Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements

Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid ads

Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination skills
