Lead Marketing & Communication (Fresher)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken fresher who will be responsible for communicating with inbound leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Explain brand offerings and business opportunities clearly

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients

• Understand client requirements and share relevant details

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling

• Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM

• Build strong relationships and ensure a positive client experience

Key Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in speaking (English + Hindi preferred)

• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools

• Smart, presentable, and professional approach

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales/communication role
