People Operations Specialist (Americas / US Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented People Operations Specialist to support employees across the Americas region, with working hours aligned to US time zones.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring consistent HR service delivery, supporting compliance across multiple countries, and enhancing employee experience at scale. As People Operations takes on increased responsibilities from PBPs, this role will be central to driving efficiency and standardization across the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Systems

  • Execute daily HR operations and manage employee data within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).

  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy and system integrity.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from hire to retire for Americas employees, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless employee experiences.

Benefits Administration

  • Support and administer benefits programs across the US and broader Americas region.

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and vendor coordination.

HR Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws (e.g., FLSA, EEOC regulations) and applicable regional regulations across the Americas.

  • Support audits and maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies.

Employee Support

  • Deliver responsive and high-quality HR support to employees across US time zones(9pm-6am IST).

  • Build trust through professionalism, confidentiality, and timely communication.

Process Improvement & Analytics

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across the hire-to-retire journey.

  • Generate insights through HR data, audits, and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience: 4–5 years in HR / People Operations, preferably supporting US or Americas regions

  • Tools: Experience with Workday and Google Workspace

  • Skills: Strong communication, cross-cultural awareness, and problem-solving

    This role will be a work-from-home (WFH) position.
