About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to support our growing workforce across global regions, with primary coverage aligned to the India (IST) time zone.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations, delivering a high-quality employee experience, and supporting scalable people processes. As the People Operations team expands its scope from People Business Partners (PBPs), this position will play a key role in driving operational excellence and consistency across the entire Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Systems

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems (e.g., Workday).

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across all platforms.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.

  • Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires in the IST/APAC region.

Benefits Administration

  • Administer regional benefits programs (India/APAC) and act as the first point of contact for employee queries.

  • Partner with vendors to ensure smooth execution and compliance.

HR Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Maintain documentation and support audits as required.

Employee Support

  • Provide timely, empathetic, and confidential support for employee queries.

  • Act as a trusted HR contact for IST-based employees.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes across the hire-to-retire journey.

  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports to support data-driven decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience: 4–5 years in HR Operations / People Operations

  • Tools: Experience with Workday and Google Workspace

  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management

  • Attributes: High attention to detail, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office.
