Payroll Specialist Hire To Retire Process (Employee Lifecycle Manage)
Required Skills
• Experience in HR Operations & Payroll with exposure to Hire-to-Retire processes. • Strong knowledge of Employee Life cycle.
• Proficiency in global HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Preferred Skills • Experience with Payroll and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Global labour laws and compliance requirements.
