Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Support
We are hiring for Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Support role (C06) for GEMS team on priority.
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 3-6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Manage Service Requests (SR), change requests, and release activities
- Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution, bug fixes, and patches
- Support quarterly releases and production validation activities
- Work with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
Core Technical Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Hands-on experience in Core HR module
- Expertise in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Strong knowledge of BI Publisher Reports
- Experience in Fast Formula
Additional Technical Skills:
- HCM Extracts
- HDL / HSDL (Data Load & Conversion)
- Redwood UI / Personalization
- Integration experience with ADP / Oracle ERP
Functional Exposure (any one or more):
Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Helpdesk, Security
Candidate should be capable of independently handling complex production issues and delivering stable, scalable solutions.
