Operations Lead - Warehouse Fulfillment
Fulfillment Operations Lead (Junior) – Monterrey, MX Sola Wood Flowers
We're looking for a junior-level Fulfillment Operations Lead to join our team on the ground in Monterrey. You'll play a key role in keeping daily warehouse operations running smoothly — from order accuracy to team coordination to maintaining a tight, organized facility.
Experience level is flexible. We'd love 2–5 years in warehousing, fulfillment, or light manufacturing — but if you have less and the right attitude, we want to hear from you anyway.
About Us
Sola Wood Flowers is changing what's possible with artificial flowers — eco-friendly wooden blooms at a price that makes beautiful design accessible to everyone. We currently touch over 6% of American weddings every year and we're not slowing down.
Who Fits Here
We hire for culture above everything else. Our team runs hard, thinks creatively, uses data to make every call, and approaches every problem as a chance to get better. No one is too good for any task — if it moves the needle, we do it.
This is not a quiet corporate job. If you want to be part of building something, work alongside genuinely driven people, and skip the politics and performative busywork — you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily pick, pack, and shipping workflows to keep orders going out on time and error-free
- Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock organization, and receiving
- Helping onboard and train new team members as the operation scales
- Upholding quality control standards throughout the packing process to reduce errors and returns
- Flagging order issues, delays, or bottlenecks to the ops team quickly and clearly
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Tracking productivity basics and surfacing improvement opportunities to your manager
- Getting in the trenches and packing orders during peak periods — no task is beneath you
What We're Looking For
- Based in Monterrey — this is a fully onsite role
- Fluent Spanish required; conversational English needed
- 2+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, or light manufacturing preferred — strong candidates with less experience will be considered
- Comfortable with computers, scanning systems, inventory software, and spreadsheets (ERP experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and self-directed
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift packages, and keep pace in a fast-moving environment
- Able to provide references — we hire carefully and our process reflects that
- Comfortable working 50+ hours routinely during busy periods
How We Hire
A relaxed intro call first, followed by a more in-depth live interview with the relevant team. First interview to offer typically takes 8–10 days — we move with purpose and keep candidates informed throughout.
From day one, we'll sit down with you to define your KPIs and targets so expectations are clear and there's no guesswork about what success looks like.
We operate on EOS/Traction. If you've worked with OKRs or Scaling Up before, you'll get up to speed fast. If not, a bit of upfront reading goes a long way.
This Probably Isn't For You If:
- Our values above don't resonate with you
- You're not someone who takes genuine pride in their craft
- 50+ hour weeks are a dealbreaker
- Self-learning isn't something you actively practice
