Customer Service - Bridal Consultant

Sola Wood Flowers is hiring full-time sales consultants to help brides bring their floral visions to life. If you have a background in customer service or sales and love the world of weddings and florals, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll guide customers through planning their bridal arrangements via video or phone consultations; helping make one of the most important days of their lives a little easier.

What You'll Do

You'll spend most of your time consulting with customers to plan their wedding florals. You'll also respond to questions across email, text, and phone, make outbound sales calls to existing customers, and contribute to customer research and other initiatives that enhance the overall experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with excellent spoken and written English, a genuine passion for customer service, and comfort speaking with customers by phone. A background in sales or customer service is preferred, along with enthusiasm for helping people discover our products.
