Customer Service - Bridal Consultations

Sola Wood Flowers is looking for Bridal Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in either customer service and/or sales. You will help customers plan our their bridal florals. Consultations happen via video, or phone. This is a full time position.

This is a great role for anyone that loves florals, wedding planning, etc!

What will you be doing?

• Meeting customers and helping them plan florals for their wedding.
• Answering customer questions via email, sms, phone, and other channels. You should be comfortable taking phone calls, and making phone calls.
• Outbound sales calls to existing customers.
• Other tasks related to improving the customer experience, like conducting customer research.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Passion for service and creating a wonderful customer experience
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
• Genuine passion for helping customers learn about our products.
• Knowledge about florals or the wedding industry is a plus!
• A background in sales or customer service.
