Operations - eCommerce Fulfillment Manager
We're a fast-growing US-based floral brand and we need a reliable, hands-on operator to help run our Monterrey warehouse. You'll be helping manage the daily flow of orders in and out of our facility, keeping inventory tight, and making sure the team around you is set up to win.
If you show up, take ownership, and care about doing things right, we want to talk.
The Role
Day-to-day this looks like: coordinating pick, pack, and ship workflows, keeping shelves organized and inventory accurate, onboarding new staff, and making sure quality doesn't slip when volume picks up.
You'll report into our broader ops team and be expected to flag problems early, not explain them after the fact.
The Basics
- Monterrey-based, fully onsite
- Spanish fluency required, conversational English needed
- 2+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment, or production environment is ideal — but we've hired people with less who had the right makeup
- Comfortable in systems — ERPs, spreadsheets, scanning tools, inventory software
- Can handle the physical side: standing for long shifts, lifting packages, moving product
- Available for 50+ hour weeks when the season demands it
- References available on request
What We're Actually Hiring For
Skills matter, but they're not the whole story. The people who do well here are the ones who:
- Take genuine pride in the quality of their work
- Don't need to be managed into doing the obvious thing
- Learn fast and don't repeat mistakes
- Leave their ego at the door
We're not a fit for everyone and we're upfront about that.
The Process
Intro call → working interview → offer. We move in roughly 8–10 days and we'll actually keep you updated along the way — no ghosting, no ambiguity.
When you start, we'll define your KPIs together so you always know where you stand.
We run on EOS/Traction if that means anything to you. If not, worth a quick look before your interview.
