National Sales Representative
Position OverviewInternational has an exciting position available for a National Sales Representative for National Accounts. The National Sales Representative will report to the VP of National Accounts and be responsible for National Account Sales and Major TEM business.In this position you will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategies including both revenue and profit growth and will be traveling up to 75% ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales forecasts by analyzing demand trends, allocation plans, and buying patterns.Align product availability and capacity with customer needs in partnership with account teams.Manage fleet build plans, including slot coordination, spec validation, and delivery tracking.Produce executive ready reports and dashboards highlighting order pacing, risks, and revenue insights.Maintain strong relationships with customer/dealer partners through proactive updates and communication.Monitor production issues and communicate impacts to customer and dealers to ensure timely delivery.Support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and market trend analysis to drive territory sales strategy.Manage Salesforce CRM records to improve accuracy, follow-up, and customer insights.Deliver weekly sales program updates to dealer teams, increasing awareness of incentives and promotions.Execute customer engagement events and dealer visits to strengthen relationships and support sales activity.Build sales presentations and customer-facing materials that support product positioning.Develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support dealer sales efforts.Serve as primary liaison for the National Account and Major TEM dealer network, supporting communication and issue resolution.Strengthened distributor and dealer relationships to support repeat business.Lead dealer/customer training sessions to improve product knowledge and service confidence.Collaborated internally to resolve customer needs quickly and professionally.
