National Manager Field Sales
About the role We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Field Operations Manager to lead our team and continue our field transformation program focused on sales force optimisation and CRM implementation. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, this 12-month fixed term contract presents a unique opportunity to assist in the redesign and optimise of field operations, embed structured call cycles, and implement a new global CRM platform to drive productivity, visibility, and performance uplift. The Opportunity This role will lead the optimisation of our national Field Team structure and workflow, ensuring time, effort, and resources are aligned to the highest value opportunities in support of our retail customers. A key mandate will be the rollout and adoption of a new global Field Team CRM system, embedding disciplined planning, reporting, and data-led decision making across the team. Key responsibilities include: Coach and lead 3 Senior Territory Managers who lead our national team of sales and product specialists supported by a small Alexandria based support team (totalling 3) to build a high-performance, accountable field culture. Redesign and optimise national territory call cycle structures based on commercial opportunity and key customer requirements Develop and implement structured, data-led call cycles aligned to store segmentation and growth priorities Drive field activity prioritisation to maximise return on investment aligned with core growth focus Lead end-to-end implementation of Repsly our new global CRM platform Embed CRM as the single source of truth for planning, reporting, display fixture management and call cycle compliance Establish reporting dashboards and improve visibility of execution metrics Partner with National Account and Trade Marketing teams to ensure aligned in-store execution
