Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Main Responsibilities: Fixed Installations: Ensure the reliability of fixed equipment (pumps, conveyors, crushers, etc.) and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Processing Plant: Optimize the mechanical performance of plant machinery (crushers, screens, etc.) by ensuring high-quality interventions and rigorous monitoring of maintenance plans. Mobile Equipment: Carry out maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment (trucks, loaders, excavators, etc.) used on-site, while participating in fleet management and troubleshooting complex failures. Key Duties: Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Diagnose breakdowns and propose suitable technical solutions. Contribute to the optimization of equipment performance. Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity, and sustainability of installations. Collaborate with other technical teams (electrical, automation, etc.) to ensure optimal site operation
