In This Role
- Maintain the comprehensive editorial calendar and provide support across all business lines, ensuring alignment with evolving priorities and campaign objectives
- Manage campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution; addressing overlaps or gaps in messaging as needed
- Ensure marketing materials align with the brand narrative, while communicating relevant brand and product messaging
- Collaborate with other departments within and beyond marketing to ensure alignment with brand objectives, marketing KPIs and overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with technology, analytics, and research partners to establish a reporting cadence to delivery insights on brand health, growth, and performance
- Capture and share meeting notes, outlining clear action items for appropriate stakeholders
- Monitor industry standards, trends, and the competitive landscape; share insights and new ideas based on research and event learnings

The Ideal Person
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to accurately document meetings, discussions, and action items
- Strong organizational skills and ability to keep programs on-task while adopting various workflow & creative tools such as Monday.com, Figma and Canto
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities in marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with the marketing funnel, content strategy and brand architecture frameworks
