Position Overview:

The Manager HR Operations – HQC role will support the organization’s HR governance, HR operations excellence, digitization initiatives, compliance frameworks, and enterprise-wide HR reporting structures.

Reporting to the Head– HR Operations, the role will drive operational governance across HR reporting, audits, employee wellbeing programs, ethics processes, ESG reporting, HR dashboards, and organization-wide HR projects. The incumbent will also play a key role in supporting HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives aligned to organizational transformation priorities.

The role requires strong coordination across regional HR teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure operational consistency, governance adherence, and data-driven HR decision-making.

Job Purpose:

To strengthen HR operational governance, HR digitization, compliance frameworks, HR analytics, and enterprise HR reporting mechanisms while supporting organization-wide HR projects, audits, employee wellbeing initiatives, and process excellence across Blue Dart.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Reporting & Operational Governance

  • Govern and validate HR operational data across systems and reporting platforms.
  • Act as checker and governance SPOC for CREST uploads and data accuracy.
  • Track, monitor, and validate WIM and other HR operational metrics.
  • Consolidate and maintain HR dashboards and leadership MIS reports.
  • Support preparation of HR presentations, review decks, and operational analytics for leadership forums.

HR Digitization & Analytics

  • Support conceptualization, development, and enhancement of HR dashboards and digital reporting tools.
  • Drive HR digitization initiatives focused on automation, data governance, process simplification, and reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders for implementation and stabilization of HR digital projects.
  • Support analytics-driven HR decision-making through structured reporting and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency improvements across HR operations.

HR Projects & Transformation Initiatives

  • Lead and support enterprise HR projects aligned to business, ESG, and HR transformation priorities.
  • Drive project governance, tracking mechanisms, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and execution support for HR initiatives.
  • Support rollout and stabilization of new HR frameworks, operational processes, and organization-wide initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities involving HR, Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams.

Health, Wellbeing & Employee Initiatives

  • Drive Annual Health Check-up programs across PAN India locations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for program implementation and governance.
  • Analyse post health check-up reports and coordinate wellness interventions and workshops.
  • Support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives aligned to organizational priorities.

Compliance, Ethics & Governance

  • Support governance and tracking of Workplace Behaviour (WB), Ethics, Fraud, and BKMS cases.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to Ethics Committee and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure process adherence and governance controls for HR operational compliance matters.
  • Coordinate closure tracking and reporting for ethics and governance-related cases.

Audit, ESG & Compliance Support

  • Support preparation and consolidation of HR-related BRSR and ESG data.
  • Coordinate internal and external HR audits including DHL-led audits, ICS, ESG, and social compliance reviews.
  • Maintain audit trackers, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Support closure of audit observations and governance action items.

Diversity, Inclusion & HR Programs

  • Support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives under UBUNTU and other HR programs.
  • Coordinate organization-wide HR initiatives aligned to employee experience and inclusion objectives.
  • Assist in rollout of diversity, engagement, and HR governance programs.

HR Policies & Organization Structure Governance

  • Support HR policy updates, employee handbook management, and policy governance activities.
  • Coordinate organization structure updates and direct–indirect function categorization aligned to DHL frameworks.
  • Maintain organization structure governance documentation and records.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • MBA / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Governance, HR Analytics, HR Projects, or HR Shared Services environments.
  • Experience in HR reporting, audits, digitization initiatives, ESG reporting, and governance frameworks preferred.
  • Exposure to HR dashboards, HR systems, project coordination, and operational reporting required.
  • Prior experience in logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, or large multi-location organizations preferred.
