About The Role

It’s an exciting time of transformation and change at PVH ANZ. We are currently undertaking a large-scale transformation program focused on standardising our ANZ legacy processes and systems to align with regional and global ways of working. This includes upgrading and integrating systems, tools and processes to support a more streamlined and future-ready operating model.

Our E-Commerce function is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Lead (internally referred to as Manager, E-Commerce Project Delivery) to partner closely with the Head of E-Commerce and play a key role in supporting the implementation of this transformation within the ANZ market.

In this role, you will act as the E-Commerce business lead, bridging the gap between the transformation program and day-to-day business operations. You will support the successful implementation of new systems and processes by leading business readiness activities including requirements validation, process refinement, user acceptance testing, and training coordination.

Working closely with project, vendors and delivery teams, you will ensure that business needs are clearly defined, understood and translated into actionable outcomes. You will also play a key role in embedding change within the E-Commerce function, ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working across the team.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD at 388 George Street, this is a full-time, 14-month fixed term contract, with a hybrid working model combining time in the office and from home on a weekly basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Bridge the gap between business needs and program delivery by partnering closely with the Head of E-Commerce ANZ, business stakeholders, the systems integrator, 3rd party solution providers and internal delivery teams.
  • Support the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements across E-Commerce function.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, acting as an SME on behalf of the E-Commerce team.
  • Support the analysis of current and future processes aligned to transformation objectives and business needs.
  • Support solution design decisions by providing business context, data insights, and downstream systems requirements.
  • Engage and co-ordinate with existing 3rd party vendors and key stakeholders regarding requirements and implementation plans, ensuring updates and development to legacy key systems is delivered on time and on budget and as per requirements.
  • Lead and complete business testing activities including all UAT, test scenario development, and defect triage.
  • Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
  • Partner with Change and Training teams to ensure requirements are reflected in enablement and communication materials alongside all documentation.
  • Support the delivery of end user training for existing legacy solutions ensuring all documentation is updated and or created where required.

Skills & Experience

  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in E-Commerce Management, Operations and/or Projects.
  • Demonstrated experience as a lead on complex E-Commerce and omnichannel transformation projects focused across order management, master data integrations, PIM, payments, customer service etc.
  • Prior experience with Adobe Commerce, Manhattan Active Omni/ OMS platforms, Comestri / PIM solutions, Data Transformation (ETL).
  • Strong understanding of Systems Integrator-led delivery models, including requirements, design, build, test, and deploy phases.
  • Experience across project management solutions and Atlassian suite namely JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong process and documentation skills.
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana is desirable.
