About the role


Rippling is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Shared Broker Partner Success (PSM) team. In this role, you will guide a team of shared Partner Success Managers (PSMs) dedicated to helping our broker partners unlock the full potential of Rippling, both for their clients and within their own firms. You will drive the team’s performance, ensuring the highest levels of partner satisfaction through a shared case driven model, fostering long-term loyalty and accelerating partner advocacy through referrals.


As the Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping and refining processes to deliver a world-class partner experience. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Operations and Customer Success to bring forward partner insights that influence product development, improve workflows, and enhance the overall partnership journey. Your leadership will be crucial in empowering our partners to achieve success and in turning them into passionate advocates for Rippling.

What you will do

  • Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and mentor a team of Partner Success Managers to ensure the health, satisfaction, and growth of Broker Channel partners.
  • Strategic Partner Engagement: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partners, serving as an escalation point, driving their success, and advocating for Rippling’s value.
  • Enablement and Training: Equip your team with the product knowledge and tools needed to drive adoption and best practices among partners.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine team processes in Salesforce queue management and team workflows to improve efficiency and enhance the partner experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to advocate for partner needs and influence product development.
  • Performance Management: Set and track team goals, regularly measure and report on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to meet business objectives.


What you will need

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits, SaaS, or a related partner-facing role.
  • 2+ years of management experience, with a demonstrated passion for mentoring and growing teams, improving performance, and advancing team members’ careers.
  • Deep expertise in partner success, relationship management, or customer success best practices.
  • Rapid learning ability with a knack for mastering complex products quickly.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • A “can-do” attitude with boundless energy and a passion for helping both your team and partners succeed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex, interdependent issues.
