Manager - Digital Engagement
SEE is inviting applications from eligible candidates forthe position of Digital Manager to lead and elevate the digitalpresence of a high-impact, field-tested maternal and child nutritioninitiative-with a bold ambition to scale its approach across India andinform nutrition programming across the Global South.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital communicationstrategy that enhances the programs national and internationalvisibility.
- Craft compelling, human-centered narratives thatspotlight field insights, frontline voices, and impact stories.
- Use digital tools and data to map and engageaudiences from government stakeholders and development partners to mediaand the public.
- Lead the design and execution of integrated digitalcampaigns across social media, web platforms, and content partnerships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to showcase theprogram on high-visibility national and global platforms includingmedia, digital publications, and thought leadership forums.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital performancemetrics to inform content and campaign strategy.
As job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, theincumbent may be required to undertake other duties as determined by theReporting manager that are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in media, communications, journalism,development studies, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in digital communications, ideallywithin public health, development, or advocacy sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing digitalstrategies and content plans across platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation and distributiontools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms
- Comfortable working in collaborative, multi-stakeholderenvironments with fast-moving timelines.
