Key Responsibilities: As Maintenance Manager – Mechanical EIA, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of industrial installations, covering critical mechanical equipment as well as Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation systems. Your main responsibilities include: Maintenance strategy and governance Define, deploy and manage the site maintenance strategy, with a strong focus on structuring maintenance plans for mechanical assets (static and rotating equipment), while ensuring consistency and performance across EIA activities. Preventive, corrective maintenance and shutdowns Plan annual preventive maintenance programs, supervise corrective maintenance activities, and coordinate major shutdowns and critical stoppages to ensure equipment availability and reliability across mechanical and EIA scopes. Reliability, performance and continuous improvement Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability, availability and performance, through failure analysis and optimization of both mechanical systems and associated EIA controls. Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSEQ) Ensure full compliance of installations with HSE standards, regulatory requirements and Managem Group policies across all maintenance disciplines. Technical team leadership Organize, plan and coordinate mechanical and EIA maintenance teams, set clear objectives, assess performance, and ensure ongoing development of technical and managerial skills. Required Skills: Strong expertise in industrial mechanical maintenance (static and rotating equipment) Solid working knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation (EIA) in industrial environments Proven mastery of maintenance management methodologies and tools (CMMS, reliability, maintenance planning) Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Demonstrated field leadership and experience managing multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to optimize costs, timelines and operational performance Profile Qualifications: Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a solid understanding of EIA systems Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy industrial or mining environments 📍 Job Location: Tendrara site, Oujda region – Morocco ➡️ Geographical mobility required
