About the Hiring Team Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc. What the Role Entails Participate in design and coding around building a good AI platform for training and online service. Contribute to integrating AI capabilities into the gaming business through ML Ops processes. Who We Look For Major in computer science or related fields; Familiar with fundamental knowledge such as algorithms, data structures, and operating systems; Passionate about programming, and proficient in at least one commonly used programming language; Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork; Enthusiastic about innovation and solving challenging problems, with strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. ​Preferred Qualifications Interest in the gaming industry; Experience in developing small-scale game demos or similar projects.
