Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support and advisory to management and internal teams Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and vendor agreements Support project-related legal documentation including EPC, O&M, and power-related contracts Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements Handle corporate legal matters including board resolutions, filings, and documentation Coordinate with external legal counsels, consultants, and regulatory authorities Assist in dispute resolution, notices, and legal correspondence Support due diligence activities for projects, investments, and partnerships Maintain legal records, contracts, and compliance trackers Prepare Lender Side contract

Requirements & Qualifications LL.B. from a recognized university 45 years of relevant legal experience Experience in renewable energy / power / infrastructure / EPC sector preferred Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial and project contracts Familiarity with land, statutory, and project-related legal matters is an advantage Skills & Competencies Strong drafting and negotiation skills Analytical and risk assessment abilities Effective communication and stakeholder management Attention to detail and documentation skill
