Lead Hardware Product Manager
π― Mission
At Vizzia, the Product Manager Hardware owns the product clarity that makes execution possible. You turn business needs, field feedback, and regulatory constraints into hardware definitions that are clear, frozen, and actionable, so teams can build fast, on time, and without rework.
π οΈ Responsabilities
Drive the hardware vision
With the CTPO and Head of Product, build a product vision that is documented, shared, and understood across the entire company
Define, structure, and prioritize the roadmap for Vizzia's core hardware products
Specify accessories around core devices (PoE switches, external batteries, solar panelsβ¦) with realistic timelines
Produce technical specifications that are clear, unambiguous, and actionable
Secure alignment from all teams before validation
Reduce post-freeze changes to the absolute minimum
Arbitrate and document OEM vs. in-house choices; evaluate hardware suppliers and alternatives
Translate regulatory constraints (CE, NDAA and beyond) into clear product definitions
Work closely with SaaS, Cloud, Backend, AI, Sales, and Ops on our Safety vertical
Bring customer and field feedback into product decisions β systematically, not occasionally
Anticipate risks before they become surprises
Build the Safety Camera catalog
Identify and map cameras compatible with our core devices
Define the value proposition each integration brings to Vizzia
Coach our teams on Hardware Product
Spread a demanding, structured Hardware product culture
Coach junior product managers

Strong communication skills: clear, structured, no ambiguity
Solid hardware product management experience: connected devices, industrial constraints
Proven spec writing and spec freeze discipline
Rigorous documentation and process structuring
