As a Junior Data Analyst (EPR), you will support Avon’s regulatory and sustainability commitments by working with data related to packaging waste, plastic tax, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). You will help ensure that reporting data is accurate, complete, and compliant, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve data quality, support audits, and drive continuous process improvements.Key responsibilities:
What you’ll be working on:
- Extracting and analyzing sales and packaging data using established systems and templates
- Supporting EPR and plastic tax reporting through data collection, validation, and cleansing
- Collaborating with IT, markets, regulatory teams, and external providers to improve data quality and availability
- Acting as a key point of contact for data‑related questions and troubleshooting
- Supporting audits by explaining data sources, calculations, and reporting processes
- Performing data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process or cost improvements
- Coordinating tasks across teams and managing timelines to ensure on‑time delivery
- Gathering information from markets and suppliers, such as recyclability and packaging composition data
- Supporting additional compliance and technical projects through ad‑hoc data analysis and reporting
What we’re looking for:
- The candidate must be located in Poland.
- A team player who is also comfortable working independently
- A logical, analytical mindset and confidence working with large datasets
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation)
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to challenge existing processes
- No previous corporate or EPR experience required (this can be learned)
- Interest in data, sustainability, or regulatory topics is a plus
