We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated professional to join our Strategic Consulting team in Spain, contributing to high-impact projects within the commercial real estate sector.In this role, you will support strategic decision-making on complex built-environment challenges, advising clients on portfolio strategy, asset repositioning, regeneration and redevelopment initiatives across multiple asset classes. You will contribute to investment decisions through business planning, feasibility analysis, and highest-and-best-use assessments, while developing adaptive-reuse strategies for underutilized assets.
The position involves preparing high-quality deliverables — including financial models, dashboards, and executive presentations — collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring market and industry trends to support long-term strategic initiatives.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Strategic Consulting team in Spain, the successful candidate will contribute to high‑impact strategic projects, including:
Identifying opportunities and delivering strategic recommendations, by managing projects related to:
Addressing large‑scale built‑environment challenges from a holistic, long‑term perspective
Advising clients on portfolio strategy, including optimal use mix, geographic positioning, demand drivers, risks, future liquidity and resilience
Repurposing, regeneration and redevelopment of commercial real estate assets (office buildings, shopping centres, industrial & logistic properties, among others)
Assessing opportunities in Specialist Markets and emerging or niche sectors
Preparing business plans and feasibility assessments for potential investments
Determining the highest and best use of assets
Developing and implementing adaptive‑reuse strategies to transform underutilized properties into vibrant, functional spaces
Preparing high‑quality deliverables, such as reports, presentations, dashboards, and financial models to support strategic recommendations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, across multiple service lines and asset classes, to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives
Monitoring market dynamics, regulatory updates, and industry trends relevant to commercial real estate
Supporting the Key Client Program, including coordination with Key Client Leads, understanding core strategic priorities and challenges, tracking annual plans, and monitoring/reporting program performance
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft 365 environment, including very advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, financial modelling, macros, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of BI and data‑visualization tools (preferably Power BI), including the ability to independently design, build and maintain interactive dashboards
High proficiency in developing impactful presentations (PowerPoint and other presentation/design tools)
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Highly motivated and comfortable facing new and diverse challenges
Proactive, resourceful, and innovative mindset
Solid understanding of business drivers and broader economic, social, and technological trends
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Valuable previous experience - whether professional or through internships – in consulting, investment funds, private equity, banking, or similar environments; experience related to Commercial Real Estate is a strong plus
