We are strengthening our Santa Clara County team and are seeking an Occupational Therapist who wants flexibility, independence, modern tools, and an organized home health structure behind them.

Compensation
Hourly: $65–$75 per hour (based on experience)
Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, part-time, or per diem options available

Your Role
Independently perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop and manage individualized plans of care.
Deliver skilled therapy focused on ADLs, safety, fall prevention, and independence.
Address home safety, adaptive equipment, and functional training.
Communicate directly with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Educate patients and caregivers.
Complete documentation in Kinnser supported by AI tools.
Serve as the primary OT voice in patient care planning.
Requirements
Current California Occupational Therapist license.
Valid California driver’s license.
Strong clinical judgment, organization, and time-management skills.
Home health experience is preferred, but strong outpatient, inpatient, or rehab OTs are encouraged to apply.
