As a senior IT project portfolio analyst in the Enterprise Resource Project Management organization (ERPMO) you’ll lead project initiation activities across business and IT portfolios focused on delivering IT Infrastructure and architecture solutions. You’ll influence the Initiation Center of Excellence (ICOE) workflow by ensuring the deliverables and miles are met and provide timely relevant communication and information as needed. You’ll work closely with business partners to refine the business case, ensure timely completion of their deliverables and optimize Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and forecasts.  You’ll also help shape and maintain project data using in – house tools and techniques.   
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for an meeting and or training.
 
Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two.
  • {OR} Associate's degree or higher in a business or IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two.
Preferred skills  
  • Portfolio management and/or PMO experience 
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions. 
  • Demonstrates strong leadership experience, building strong relationships (partnerships) and influencing multiple levels of Business/IT leadership. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. 
  • Adaptability to new tools and processes including a functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Compensation  
 
  • $74,000 -$115,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
