IT Infrastructure Program Lead @ Mumbai
Role: IT Infrastructure Program Lead(Immediate joiners required)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily FMS operations across multiple locations in the zone, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and performance benchmarks.
- SLA Management: Monitor and ensure high uptime for IT infrastructure, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of on-site FMS engineers, technicians, and support staff, ensuring high productivity and competence.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service partners for maintenance, repairs, and technical support.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct periodic audits of operations, security, and safety compliance, managing incident reports and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage operational expenses, inventory, and resources within the approved zone budget.
- Client Relationship: Act as a key escalation point for client issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Skills Required:
1)Min 5 years in IT infrastructure management, facility operations, or technical support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role will be preferable.
2) Team lead experience is a plus.
3) Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
4)Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making capabilities.
5) Proven experience in IT leadership or management roles.
