Investment and Business Analysis Manager

Business Unit Corporate Development Group (CDG) as the platform for the company's new business incubation and new business exploration, CDG is responsible for promoting development and innovation for important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more. What the Role Entails 1. Conduct structured research on frontier technologies (e.g., GenAI, quantum, fusion, decarbonization) and produce investment-relevant sector analysis. 2. Translate scientific breakthroughs and academic research into actionable commercial and investment insights. 3. Develop thematic research reports and strategic briefs to support investment thesis formation. 4. Map global technology ecosystems, identifying emerging trends, key labs, startups, and opinion leaders. 5. Perform deep-dive company analysis including technology validation, competitive positioning, and scalability assessment. 6. Build financial models and valuation analyses to support investment evaluation and internal recommendations. 7. Support due diligence processes and contribute to investment memos. 8. Build relationships with universities, research institutes, VCs, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive strategic collaboration. 9. Distill complex technical topics into clear, executive-level narratives and external thought leadership materials. Who We Look For 1. Master’s or PhD in STEM preferred, with strong academic rigor and analytical capability. 2. 3-6 years of experience in technology consulting, investment research, PE/VC, corporate strategy, or research-intensive roles. 3.
